Cancellation and Refund Policy​

Cancellations and refunds.


To request a partial or full refund, the CUSTOMER must contact the Customer Service team via email help@ciclocentro.com within a period not exceeding 24 hours, counted from the date of approval of the purchase order. Only cancellations of complete orders will be accepted before delivery at the destination.


When making a cancellation and return request, the CUSTOMER is obligated to inform the recipient of the purchase so that they do not accept the products. In the event that a cancellation request is made and the recipient has received the products, they must return them in their packaging, original sealed condition, and in perfect condition, just as they received them. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.


The CLIENT will be refunded the money within 72 hours following the date of receipt for CICLOCENTRO.COM of the returned products. CICLOCENTRO.COM The refund will be processed using the same payment method that the CUSTOMER used to make the purchase. The CUSTOMER will not incur any charges for this refund. Additionally, when the refund is applicable, the amount will be refunded to the CUSTOMER in the same currency in which the payment was made. If applicable, the exchange rate imposed by the issuing bank of the card in question will be applied to this amount. CICLOCENTRO.COM, under no circumstances, will be responsible for the difference.


CICLOCENTRO.COM reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Product availability.
  • Errors in the description or prices of the goods.
  • Errors in your order.


THE CUSTOMER will not have the right to cancel a delivery order for the following products:

  • Customized products or made according to your specifications.
  • Products whose nature prevents their return, deteriorate quickly, or are already expired.
  • Products not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that were not sealed upon receipt.
  • Products whose nature, after delivery, has been inseparably mixed with other products.

Product warranty

It will be understood that the products comply with the contract if they conform to the description made by CICLOCENTRO.COM and have the qualities we have presented on this website, they are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are normally intended and present the usual quality and benefits that are reasonably expected from a product of the same type. In this regard, if any of the products do not conform to the contract, you must communicate it to CICLOCENTRO.COM through any of the communication channels provided for this purpose.


All products for sale on the website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects (in accordance with applicable regulations in all cases), which allows the CUSTOMER to return products at no cost, charge to their account defective or non-conforming products that have been delivered to them.

Exclusion of warranties

The warranty does not cover products that have been modified, repaired, integrated, or added by the CUSTOMER. The warranty will not cover apparent defects. The warranty does not apply to products that have suffered damage due to misuse.


Consequences of the enforcement of guarantees.


Within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity, CICLOCENTRO.COM commits, at the CLIENT's choice:

  • Replace the product with an identical one based on available stock.
  • Refund the price of the product when its replacement is impossible.
