How to make purchases at the store CICLOCENTRO.COM?

Orders and payments are made online through a simple and intuitive purchasing process:
  1. Register with the information requested in the corresponding form.
  2. Fill in your address book.
  3. Add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.
  4. Execute the payment by completing the required information.
What are the delivery methods, deadlines, and rates?

Some products are delivered to the recipient's address, while others must be picked up at the corresponding warehouses. Please note that a single order may be divided into multiple deliveries.

The delivery time is three (3) to five (5) business days, once the order is approved.

Please note that the total shipping cost is detailed in the payment process. The recipient is not charged anything additional at the time of delivery.

What payment methods are accepted in the store?

Different international payment methods are accepted, such as credit/debit cards, among other authorized payment methods available in the market.

How can I shop at the store if my card or bank account is in a currency different from the euro?

All products listed in the store display the price in CAD/EUROS. When you make a purchase, it is charged in USD, and your bank withdraws the corresponding funds from your account, applying the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.

Why is my credit card being declined?

The credit card payment may be declined for multiple reasons:
  • The information provided during the payment process does not match that of your card. A simple typographical error in one of the fields can cause the transaction to be declined.
  • You have not activated the security code: Some credit cards, to protect you from online fraud, require an additional security code that you must enter to confirm the payment. This code is provided by your bank.
  • It is possible that your card has insufficient funds to pay for your purchase. Pay special attention if your account is denominated in a currency other than the euro, due to currency conversion issues.
  • The amount of your purchase order may have exceeded the daily/monthly transaction limit set by your bank for the card.
  • Your card may have expired.
  • In the event of a rejected request, you should check if the bank sends you any notification; this often happens, and you just need to contact the bank to approve the transaction and then try to make the purchase again.
It is important that you contact your bank to confirm that there are no blocks on your account that would prevent us from charging the card. Please ensure that the billing address specified in your purchase order matches the one registered with the card-issuing bank.
