You also agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary. If you fail to provide all required information, we cannot process your order.

The CLIENT declares the following statements to be true:


• You are legally authorized to use the services, both in the origin country of the purchase and the delivery destination.


• You are the legal holder of the bank card used for payment and are authorized to make this purchase of food products for personal consumption or donation to individuals or non-governmental organizations in the country selected as the delivery destination.


• You are not violating any legal restrictions in the country of purchase origin or the delivery destination, and you have no impediments to using this platform.


Violation of the T&C by the CLIENT will entitle “OMNI” to cancel or suspend your account immediately without prior notice and without any liability. Such violations may also lead to civil or criminal penalties.



Modification of T&C


“OMNI” reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to CLIENTS by publishing them on the website.



Purchase Process


To make a purchase, the user must follow these steps:


1. Create an account.


2. Select the product.


3. Add the product to the shopping cart.


4. Review and confirm the order.


5. Make payment through the available methods.


6. Receive the order confirmation.

Returns and Refunds Policy


The CLIENT has the right to cancel a purchase before the order is received by notifying through the provided contact methods within a period not exceeding 24 hours. Products must be returned in perfect condition. The refund will be processed within seventy-two (72) hours from the receipt of the returned items.

Purchase Restrictions


“OMNI” reserves the right to indefinitely block any CLIENT found attempting to violate our restrictions.


“OMNI” retains the right to refuse or cancel any Order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to situations where the quantity of products, payment amount (for a single Order or multiple accumulated Orders), or other factors clearly indicate that the CLIENT is not a consumer or is conducting an economic activity related to the requested products. This also applies to any Unauthorized Orders as per the applicable laws of the destination country.



Data Protection


In compliance with the requirements of PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), the personal data of CLIENTS will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The CLIENT has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, among other rights.

Intellectual Property


All website content, including trademarks (figurative or otherwise), illustrations, images, logos, and other materials on the site (including but not limited to the General Terms of Use), remain the exclusive property of “OMNI” or the respective intellectual property rights holders.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.



Anti-Fraud Measures


“OMNI” has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of fraud, ensuring a secure shopping environment for CLIENTS.


“OMNI” reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and delivery of any order, regardless of its status, in cases of attempted or confirmed fraud.


Orders may be delayed for fraud control and extended investigations to prevent fraudulent transactions. CLIENTS and/or recipients are subject to legal action in cases of claims arising from chargebacks due to fraud.


In combating internet fraud, order-related data may be shared with authorized third parties by law or designated by “OMNI” solely to verify CLIENT identity, order validity, payment methods, and delivery arrangements.



Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These T&C are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes, agreements, or mediations will be resolved within the Canadian judicial system.



Penalties


"OMNI" nor its affiliates nor its directors, to the best of their knowledge, are controlled by any person and/or entity currently subject to sanctions administered by the United States of America, the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the Department of the Treasury, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or any other relevant and validly recognized sanctioning authority.
