The applicable exchange rate will be the average of integrated exchange rates from Canadian financial institutions. The total purchase amount in EUR and its equivalent in CAD will be displayed to the CUSTOMER at the time of payment processing.

Payment will be made by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card. If the card used for your purchase is not in EUR, the card issuer will apply the corresponding exchange rate.

If you wish to use other authorized and secure payment methods available on the market, the CUSTOMER must contact Customer Service.

Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver your order.

The CUSTOMER declares that they have the legal right to use the accepted payment method in connection with any order.
